- Due to the nature of our waist training products, which mould around the wearer's shape, we operate a non-refundable policy. This policy is in place for both customer satisfaction and health and safety reasons. Once a waist trainer has been purchased, refunds will not be provided.
Exchange Policy
- We do allow exchanges for the correct size, provided the waist trainer is returned to us in its original condition. The decision to exchange the product is subject to our assessment of its condition upon return. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the product is not returned in its original condition.
Evidence Requirement for Exchanges
- To process an exchange, we may require digital evidence such as a picture to verify that the waist trainer is in the same condition as when it was purchased. This is to ensure fairness and adherence to our exchange policy
Return Shipping Fees
- Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning products for exchanges. We do not cover return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for ensuring the safe and timely return of the product to us.
Delivery

Return and Refund Policy
Returns
At Snatched Baby, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our waist training products. However, please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. We only accept returns within two weeks of the purchase date.
